I used to run Office 2000 on Windows 98 and loved the package. I have got a new system now with Windows XP and Works on it and I hate Works. Can I run Office 2000 on Windows XP?

yes you can there is no reason why you cant, all office programs are backward compatible,
you can also run office 98 on an XP machine
