Whats this game called ?

A few years ago I remember I had a demo of a game which was set underwater and at the start of the game a volcano errupted sending rocks into the sea. Your first task was to use your littl ship to move the rocks to your base and the second task was to attract some female fish to your base and then a male fish.

have no idea what so ever what it was called or when it game out so if anyone can tell me then name from that I would be very graful
