Free Xbox 360's?

I've seen a site where you can get a free Xbox 360 providing you do somehting like rent some films from Blockbuster (or somethings) and you refer about 15 people to the site and they sign up for it too.

Anyone know what i'm on about? You see a lot of people on ebay advertising free Xbox 360's (basically there selling you the above idea to be one of their 15 referals I think)

Any thoughts on if this works or is it a load of rubbish?
