I'd suggest you try out these games on an emulator first.

It looks impressive with "28" games on it. But when you break it down they're mainly sequels, eg:

Ecco the Dolphin 1, 2, Jr.
Golden Axe 1, 2, 3.
Sonic 1,2.
Phantasy Star 2, 3, 4.
Vectorman 1, 2.
