I think they are, but you can't dwell on it all the time, as civilians in a potential war zone, (the whole of Britain), all you can do, is carry on as near normal as possible, and just be more aware of your surroundings, and be ready to report anything you might think is out of the ordinary.

The potential bombs in London are a prime example.
