Hi, i have just got a ps3 and have tried to connect it using the av leads. I have plugged it into the back of the ps3 and plugged the three red, white and yellow leads into the corresponding plugs on my tv. Nothing happens, i have not got an hd tv so can not use that option.

Please help!!

Make sure the TV is in the setting that shows the composite input on the screen, it might not be the same as if a scart was used.
Secondly try to reset the PS3 by turning on the switch at the back and then holding down the power button until the second bleep.
