Nappy rash
11 Answers
Our 8 month old daughter has nappy rash on her " Front Bits " - when I say nappy rash that is a mild term for it - her skin is red raw, sore to touch and nothing we have tried ( sudo-cream,Bepanthen,Vetanium ) has helped - we try to leave her nappy off as much as we can but it seems to flare up when in contact with poo even for a short time as we change her as soon as we know she has done one.
Going to the docs with her tomorrow but has anyone else had similar and found a cure ?

Sometimes when teething the wee and poo can be very irritating.

welleda callenjula (i dont think i spelt thet right but i am sure you will get it) nappy change cream. I only ever found it in the small local health shop and it is about 5 a tube but lasts ages and clears up even nasty stuff. I lent it to my mate whose little girl literally had real weeping raw blisters and within a day it was gone. The stuff in magic.
All good answers. Further to winny; calendula cream, made from the flat orange marigolds you see in summer, is as you say amazing. Used to sell it and can personally verify astonishing stories re healing, preventing and reducing scarring, especially on stretch marks. Safe, gentle and smells lovely too.
