problem ps3 network??????

Has anyone experienced probs with ps3 whereby in the middle of a game it comes up with message number 8002 AD23 then signs itself out? we have a 4meg broadband! no probs with our 2 computers or the x box live! the kids are driving me nuts saying that ps3 is faulty!!! thanks julie x

We had same problem with ps3, xbox was fine. We tried all sorts of things ended up trading in the ps3 for a second 360.
