arcade shooting game

Does anyone remember the name of kind of large shooting gallery where you shoot targets and the objects attached to them move and sometimes squirt water? I have a feeling it was called Hillbilly Moonshine but I can't find anything about it.

If you mean the ones found at theme parks and fun fairs then you are correct that one with an old chap sat by a shack and surrounded by barrels was called Hillbilly Moonshire. However their were several of these named differently depending on the theme. I think i have seen a cowboy one and a pirate one. All essentially the same just dressed up slightly differently.

Thanks, that's the one i was thinking of. Didn't realise there were different kinds as I've just played it in a few places and they were all the same.
