How do you get "super" mii's - ie using more than just the standard Wii Mii software

Playing Mario Karts online and you see some brilliant Miis

Any ideas?

You can download the Mii's from Mii contest. I assume they have been created on a PC. I've got Mr T & Mr beam.

Check out you tube there are some videos on there that show you how to makes funky looking miis using only what you are given on the mii channel.
