Whats the most chilling/scariest game you have played...

I believe for me it was Silent hill 4, play it on your own in the dark and well it adds to the effect...

My nephew had one of those atmosphere games where you put the video in with the wizzened up old bloke that used to shout at you. If there was a lull in the game he would suddenly shout.....that was a bit scary......lol.

Pop up Pirate used to scare me, and buckaroo. You just never knoew when it is going to pop or buck! (ok,ok I understand that that is the point of the game but it kills me every time).

As for 360 games, the darkness was pretty scary

Oh yeah, and then there was Thief 3 in the abandoned asylum. Never felt so alone and far from help in a game before, listening to the whispering voices from the past just out of reach of reality, and then you get to the attic....

Dead Space has atmosphere, but it's not scary.

The Suffering is probably the most disturbing game I've played. Condemned 1 and 2 get a special mention as well

ahhh i think the scarist game i've ever played is 'Project Zero' for xbox, now i did not enjoy playing that game! i was rubbish cus i just ran away from everything! :S
