Any Doom type games.

Anybody know of a similar game like Doom which you can control the actions by mainly using the mouse etc?

There are absolutely loads of games of this type, but if you're looking for the trademark of being overwhelmed by lots of enemies at once, I would recommend the Serious Sam series.

If you want something of a similar vintage to Doom, then look at Duke Numem 3D or Wolfenstein 3D

If you especially like the Doom series.
You should definitely get Quake 4. Its made by the same people, and basically an improved version of Doom using the same 'revolutionary' iD graphics.

Plus, its bloody terrifying. Hope that helps.
