grand theft auto 4 music help please

hi guys, tearing my hair out on this one.
anybody who is familiar with GTA4 might know what im talking about, i dont know which station it is on and ive only heard it once when im on the game, i hunt and hunt through the stations to no avail :(
i know how to use the "zit" call up for track name in game thing but obviously its no good when i cant find the tune .
ive also had a look through all the game track listing sites- again no help as i have nothing to go on :(
basically its a dance track ive only caught the end of , but it features a sample of the 60s hit - "the days of pearly spencer" by david mcwilliams.
anybody who can be of any help ?
