I have moved my Sky+ box from the front of the room to the side of the room. Since I have done this, the box won't pick up som of the music channels (which it used to). The box also appears to 'shut down' on it's own whilst watching it and on occasions has turned itself on during the night. Have I knackered it up by moving it and is there something I can do to make it right again. Sky will send an engineer, but charge �60 for the privilage.
As it is Sky+ make sure that both cables from the LNB are connected,undo both & re-connect making sure they are finger tight,disconnect box from wall socket wait 30 seconds then reconnect, wait for box to reboot,should be ok.
