Can some one please explain what determines the out come of this scenario:
Battlefield 2 on the PC
Two players opersite side both start shooting at each other at the same time, now is it the computer its self or the internet connection that make one player lose and the other win ???
I don't know the answer as such but have played lots of online games on the xbox.
If anyone has a poor internet connection it can cause lag for all players. This is particularly annoying on driving games when cars appear and disappear all over the road, but more so on shooters when you can die for no reason then the replay shows someone standing right in front of you.
The only solution is to play with people with a good connection and make sure nothing interferes with yours. (daughter on MSM really slows my connection down).
Vibrasphere, is correct. I got to the top level on COD modern warfare after months of slow progress and then moved into prestige mode, effectively re-setting all the perks. The difference was dramatic.
I think there was a xbox version on battlefield but never played it so don't know if perks are used.
Beginning to think there is a bug in the game, the last time i played this game was all last week, 20/04/2009, but in the BFHQ it is saying that it was in 2007, and i don't get any points during the games i played, so i don't get any progression to another rank, I'll have to buy a new game disk and see if that does the trick.
I think Battllefied - Bad Company is a far better mutli-player than any of the COD series on the 360? Espically if you like using vehicles, its a must!
