Big Fish Games

I have downloaded two games over the past 2 days from Big Fish Games and attempted the 60 minute trials. When I click on the desktop icon for the game, i get no reaction. When I open the games manager and clck play, I get a message saying another game is already running on my computer and to close it. Either this or restart my computer if I am having difficulty which does not make any difference.
One of the games (Venice Deluxe) I would definitely buy, having played it on a friend's computer and their prices are great but I need to know it is going to work.
Could it have anything to do with Windows 7? When I right click on the game icon, unlike other games, there is no compatability option.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Does the game say it works with Windows 7?

It doesn't mention Windows 7 in the system requirements but I have other Big Fish games bought from other sites which play ok.

I can't help but if you do get the trial working, you don't need to buy the full version. Just find the registry key that the game uses and keep resetting it to 999 after each go. That will let you play the trial forever.
