resident evil 5!! wesker

hi,
im on the last boss of resident evil 5- wesker. however cannot finish it. i get the launcher, shoot it at wesker, restrain him and shevra dosnt do anything! so how the hell do i do it? also when i try it the other way round- shecra shoots wesker, i then shoot him, she dosnt restarin him so i can inject him?? am i doing something wrong? ive been on it for over a week now! thanks

wesker - To end the fight with Wesker quickly, immediately run to the (closed) door on the right and rush upstairs. Ready your Rocket Launcher and shoot it immediately when Wesker walks around the corner, then blast the missile.
