I was wondering, I've been wathing alot of flash videos and playing flash games lately, and I was wondering, how do they make them?
As in, what program do they use?
And where can it be bought?
Can it be downloaded anywhere for free?

I think if you look on the Adobe Developer Connection site under Flash Developer Centre you may find some help. As for downloading it free, well you may be able to find it on a torrent.

they are done in (unsurprisingly) adobe flash.

There are several versions of it available from adobe, ranging from the base flash builder upto the full flash CS4 professional package.

To buy, about £400 upto about £1500 depending on version.
