Am sat here next to my bloke who's playing Fifa on X box live, he's in final on world cup and has just got a message saying sh1t safe playing pudding fing boring, why would anyone do that, there is no need for it, bad loser.

I can guarantee that your fella will also have been left negative feedback by this moron too so suggest he does the same as well as report him. Neither does much on its own but accumulatively he will eventually get a ban.
