GTA San Andreas will not re-install?

GTA San Andreas will not re-install,

After modifying GTA SA,

I Came across a program called Cleo mod for Modding the {GTA SA PC Game}.

After installing Cleo to mod GTA SA in the Windows directory the game crashed when loading.

I un-installed the Cleo application and still the game crashed, i deleted Files from the directory not associated with the game but still nothing.

I then un-installed the game then I deleted the GTA SA User Folder in documents and GTA SA in Programs. then reinstalled it but still it crashes during loading.

Any One... Help!

Or for a more practical solution . . .

Run System Restore to take your PC back to a date before you installed Cleo. If GTA SA still appears in the Add/Remove Programs list, uninstall it. Then reinstall it.

Wait !! Don't restore back it will delete those data that didn't existed on the restore point , just clean ur registry structure , then install the game , and defragg all the game files , u can Download Defagger from http://www.piriform.com/ which can Defragg the specific Files !! im sure it'll work , it also could be that ur os got few files missing , so to solve this insert ur Os cd Pack in the DVD/CD drive then Run "Sfc /scannow" after its done then run "sfc /vreirynow" it makes ur os as good as new !!!! :D
