if I create an online team on creation centre on my pc on the game fifa 11. How do I then transfer that team to my xbox?

Whilst we`re on the subject of Fifa 11, does anyone think it is any better than Fifa 10?

Played it tonight with my son and to be honest the gameplay was just the same

i think its better, it seems that the crosses are more controlled, and defences close you down more. most the gameplay is the game but this aspect has changed.
