Booldawgs return to 360
Looks like I'm getting a 360 for Christmas....Yipeee! Not owned one since the old one expired about 9 months ago.
I'm a bit out of the loop with what games are out there so I'm looking for a game recommendation based on the following;
I really enjoy GTA San Andreas so looking for a sandbox game whereby you're free to roam and just do your own thing whilst occasionally following the main storyline and side-quests. Oblivion was a really good game buy maybe looking for one along the lines of GTA:SA, set in the real world with vehicles, things to blow up etc. within a huge playing area.

Hi Booldawg,
I don't have a lot of experience with Xbox 360's but if you're into old-skool platformers in any way check this out: http://supermeatboy.com/ you download ti directly to your hard-drive.
For open sandbox stuff I understand GTA4 was fine (albeit without the "great outdoors" elements of San Andreas). I have heard Saint's Row is is a sandbox kind of thing but with an injection of sugar (i.e. it is quite silly).
All the best,
Spare Ed

Ive not been a Halo fan either. Bought and played the first 2 but havent bothered with them since. My kids are huge fans but they are not fans of the MP on Reach. Some modes removed or altered apparently.
The PC conversion of Halo included multiplayer and was really good. The first game I can remember playing where you could share vehicles online.
