XBL free month

got my new xbox for Christmas (yaaay!) going to re-join XBL but using a pre-paid 12 month card rather than giving out my debit card details.

The reason for this; it was a nightmare to cancel my old account when my xbox packed up and I'd rather pay up front and buy a card from Game or whoever.

As it'll take me a while to get to the store and purchase said card, is there a way of getting the free month membership without giving bnk details online?

oh and Vibe; got BLOPS with my xbox.

thanks chuck - was beginning to give up hope as the 2 new games I got didnt have codes in. Looks like I'll have to use my old gamertag as its still assigned to my email address (I'm not the type of net user who has loads of mail addresses!)

Not sure if its letting me play online. Even though I've resurrected my gamertag its silver service only. Tried entering a competition in Forza 2 and it wouldnt let me play :-( will add you anyway as I'll off to the shops tomorrow.
