Bought this for OH for christmas,he completed it in 10HRS!! Is that all there is to it? Seems a complete rip off to me, £44 and thats all the time its taken him,are there other levels that he just hasn't found? or is that the norm for these types of games.

On live you start at rank 1...and have to build up.

You need to buy xbox live. £5 a month, £15 for 3 months or £40 a year

Most single player games can be completed in approx 6-8 hours but with the COD games its all about the online. No offence to your OH but if it took him 10 hours to complete the story then he might find online a bit difficult. the zombie mode may keep him entertained for a few hours more.

I bet that wasnt completed on Veteran mode?! Its one of the hardest single player campaign's ive ever come across! I thought Halo on Legendary was tricky but this was insane!

Like previous people have said, most buy the game for the Multiplayer experience. I have played the game for a total of 30 hours since I got it, and have not played single player campaign once. Mainly Zombies and Multiplayer.
If he wants to get Live to play online with other people, you need a ethernet cable from your router to your xbox, or a wireless connector for the xbox which you can buy (im not sure if newer xboxes have wireless built in?)
Once the xbox is connected, he needs to buy a Live pack; and as previously mentioned ranges from 1 month, to one year. The more time you buy at once, the cheaper it turns out to be. You can pick up a live pack from any game shop.

Live lets him play MANY games on the internet against, or with many people all over the world. it significantly extends gameplay on many games. With live, he can also chat to friends using his microphone free of charge.
