xbox coop not online

Want good shooting/adventure games on normal xbox for two people two play together at once like halo etc played a few now but struggling to find new ones now. They say multi player on the box but they often mean online. It is only when you get it home and it says in the instructions it is multi player online only.

Note I dont want online, I want two player,
