Oblivion - Ectoplasm and Armour

Does anyone know where you can find easy ectoplasm eg. shops or dungeons?
And what's the name of the armour yon the oblivion screenshot withe the cylinder-shaped helmet with the cross on the front?

In Anvil there's a woman with a haunted ship, she needs you to go there and get her crystal ball. The ships full of ghosts, so that's one way of getting some.

have you thought about cheating slightly - finding a piece of ectoplasm and duplicating it using the duplicating cheat?
if you just need a piece or 2, you can probably buy it from the alchemists in Skingrad or Bravil, or the one in the market district in the imperial city.
