I've got to the Scrappers HQ level and I can't open one of the doors to continue this level. I've tried moving the crate over what normally opens the door but it won't open. When you click on th 'Y' button it says look for something that maybe nearby to hlp unlock it. I've tried till I'm blue in the face and give up. Anyone any ideas how to get past this?

I too got stuck and contacted the support team. They said you need to move the crete repeatly until it activates the door. Tried this last night and you need to move it around 20 times, sorry lost count. But it will in the end open the door. Hope this helps
