Playing my I-Tues library on PS3

I have connected my PS3 to my laptop using a BT Homehub wireless connection. I have 12 MP3 files that are not in my itunes library and these are the only files I can play on PS3. How do I set my laptop/ps3 up to play my itunes library?

i would guess that you need to get all your tunes which are in itunes recognised by the sharing application that the ps3 uses. i have an xbox360 which simply connects to windows media player. i had a similar problem at first then i just scanned my computer for media with WMP and all my music appeard for playing on my xbox.
