Having Kids on Fable II

In My Fable II game i'm a woman with a husband and a baby son - have had unprotected sex with my husband since the baby was born but have not gotten pregnant again - is it only possible to have one baby per spouse?

Also, i took a second husband and we also had a son - is it possible to have a baby girl or are they always boys?

They can be either sex.

I think you can have more than one baby per spouse, but not unless you've had the first child before you do the second Hero quest.

I haven't tried it yet though so I could be wrong.

Great game though isn't it?

I had about 4 kids with one wife, and a couple with some others, so yeah you can have more than one of different sexes.
