I know you play the Xbox version but I play the PC version with a lot of fan made mods. One particular mod I like is Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul, or OOO as it likes to be called, this adds hundreds of new items, armours, and weapons with a spitload of new monsters, some of them really really hard to fight and the overall difficulty ramped way up. A humbling experience. I remember going into an Ayleid ruin and it was swarming with a rock hard type of archer, I was in combat for about half an hour trading arrows with them trying to knock off their hundreds of hit points off and when it was over, I looked like a pin cusion. I've never seen so many arrows stuck in a body and still be able to walk around. fun.
