Haven't got a census form!?!

My girlfriend hasn't received a census form and I can't even fill it in for her online because you need a code from the form.

Is there anyway of getting this code?

Will she be fined??

I've just done ours on-line, really easy and straightforward (we're not expecting any overnight visitors!)

I'm going to get on my horse and go and stand in the middle of a local lake until 12.01, just like that guy did back in 1801 on the very first census, as he wanted to avoided being counted.

Yes, I would think that you would be fined, as you should have told them about this earlier. They will not take NO for an answer, so ring the numbers boxtops has kindly given you first thing on Monday without fail.
