Is it possible to look up old registers, 1967-1969. I only have the surname of a person but I know where they were living between 1966-1969. Thank you.

To the best of my knowledge, those registers have never been put onto computer. So that means that you'll need to consult the printed versions (or to get an archivist to do it for you). The only place that is likely to have retained old electoral rolls is the relevant county records office, so that's where you'll need to contact.
