why do some relationships say Great Grandmother and some others say Wife of Great Grandfather,why isn,t it the same thing

On the actual Family Tree there are just names. When you get a Summary of everyone in your family tree and their relationship to you any non blood relatives will be described as 'wife of' or husband of' as although they are married to your blood relative they are not YOUR blood relative.

What Tuvok said. My grandfather was married twice, but only one of them was my grandmother.
