Finding an adopted relative

My dads cousin was adopted in 1927 as her mother had died can anyone tell me a way to find what happened to her. Her name at birth was Florence Mary Reynolds and she was born in Walsall

It will be difficult, and she may, of course, have no idea she was adopted ..... do you hve any idea whether she stayed in Walsall or not? Adoption by another family member was common ...... does the family have Walsall connections still? What about trying a search under the name you ave in your question on www.genesreunited.com - just to see if anyone else is searching for her in case you can share clues/information?

Also - have you tried building a family tree around Florence to try and establish some other living relatives (other cousins etc) who might be able to help you? Did her father remarry and perhaps have more children who might know something?
