Bultins holiday camps used to have a bust of Billy Butlin in reception. I want to know what colour/patina the bust was. Can anyone help or know where I can get a colour photo?

The original sculpture is I believe with the Butlin family. I also believe that there are 4 known copies; two at Butlin's venues and two at their archives. My copy of the bust seems to have been used as a bird scarer (quite successfully!) but I have had it restored and the original colour seems to be black. I would like to see a colour picture of the original bust and I would like to know what is the artist's signature on the copies held by Butlins.
This is my understanding based on my research................James Murray-Scott, PR consultant to the Butlin organisation, commissioned a bronze bust from John Pinches & Co and the sculptor was Gustavuus (or Gustavus?) Burridge. Pinches made some copies and I think there were 16, one for each of the Butlin camps. Pinches was sold to he Franklin Mint in the USA who recently confirmed to me that '..............copies were produced in a limited quantity and are no longer available. I own one of the copies and you can see a copy on the BBC website http:// www.bbc .co.uk/ ...mZzt DDpTVaz 2XCgRKz UxQ
