Was it a coincidence that last year, at summer camp when we were all calm and relaxed and having fun, I think it must have been eight out of the ten girls there were visited by nature, most of which weren't expecting it as they were either early or they didn't have regular one's anyway, now on the first day of my holiday this year it came again.

I know stress can affect it but what about if you have not stress at all and were completely carefree and having fun?

By the way, could it also be the exercise, although some of us were sailing/power boating which isn't very active and the rest were canoeing/kayaking.

yes as it was blinking annoying. Last year I was lucky as it was the last evening when I started so I only had to wear pads which is what I was used to but I had to start wearing tampons this time, and i could see why this girl who was wearing one for the first time at the summer camp was so uncomfortable kayaking, I wouldn't have been able to if it was the first time i'd used one.

squad, there wasn't a camp fire, it was called summer camp but we were in a building - no tents.

we didn't discuss it, but as we were getting changed into wet suits, one girl pointed out to another that she should go to the toilet, and she was wondering why, but she went and came back looking a bit embarassed. and anyway when it came to bedtime or when we first got up and we went for a wash etc some girls needed to go in the cubicle with the bin . . . .
