Family Trees on Ancestry

In searching for an ancestor I have come up with a search result for a Public Family Tree - but I can't open the lin to enable me to contact the tree owner for further information - can anyone help, as I don't understand where I am going wrong ............ TIA

I have contacted two people on Ancestry and that worked OK both times. All I can suggest is that perhaps both parties need to have paid their subscriptions, or perhaps the other person has put a block on receiving messages. Would it be better to post this question on one of the Ancestry message boards? I have never done that at all, so apologies for not being much help.

it's usually simple enough, do you have a subscription though?

Thanks for your answers - and yes, it usually is simple enough, but for some reason it won't connect me to the tree and the owner - my subscription is all up to date. Can anyone try for me so I can see whether it's me or them? I found it by searching for Jane Hudson born 1834 in Ecclesall Bierlow. The tree is titled Miskin-Lloyd family and shows her parents as Ann and Abraham. If anyone manages to make contact could you ask the owner to email me at [email protected] please? I would be most grateful.
