Can't remember how to get the Certificates

but I am ashamed to say I have still not sent off for birth certificates for Marjorie. It has been two years since I rooted about with my Family Tree, I sent off then for all sorts, but now I can't even remember how to do it. I know it involves the letter and number code. So can someone please tell me how and where to send for certificates.

Also it is possible to get the 1891 online free so i can print it (back to Aaron again) or do i have to pay for this? I am sure I managed to print some censuses off in the past with my computer.

you need the name, district, quarter vol and page number.

the 1881 is free, I can do the 1891 if you give me the info, email addy on lower thread
