Years ago (1978) I went out and Stayed with an old school chum in Hawaii. She was american and stationed at Pearl Harbour

is there a dept or agency that I can contact to see if there is a way of trying to contact her at her last known address?

I appreciate that its been a long time (probably paper records in those days) and that they won't issue me with that sort of info - but if they could just pass on my details....
