In France the aristos. In Latin America the Spanish.
Most revolutions aren't against anyone - they are another bunch of people wanting to get their noses in the trough.

The man in the street rarely ends up any better off...

Are there any notable exceptions to this generalisation?
The "war" score for the French - Wins in War zero, Losses in War, every one but one, and the one they tied was their own Revolution.
