You keep posting questions which appear to be based upon false assumptions.
Unlike in France, there was no single 'Latin American revolution'. Latin America (at the start of the relevant period) was ruled by colonial powers, primarily Spain and Portugal. Within the Portuguese territory growing nationalism led to the Independence War (1822-3) which resulted in the creation of modern-day Brazil.

That was totally separate to the struggle for independence within the Spanish territories, which was largely led by Simon Bolivar:

But Spain controlled a vast area, with different cultures and indigenous languages. That resulted in nationalism within each region, rather than a fight for a single independent state. So, eventually, former countries were reinstated and new ones created, but through separate revolutions:
