A quarter of shops — 27.2 per cent — in Margate are boarded up as the recession alters the shape of high streets. Stockton on Tees is also in the top 20 worst affected this way, list. As you have put this is history are you looking for a historical connection?

Thank you very much indeed, grasscarp. I am looking for any connection at all, so you have given me something to think about, thanks.
Is this a quiz question?
Sometimes there is a link that relates to the setter of the quiz- eg if it is a scout quiz it could be that both areas have hosted the annual jamboree (I just made that up as an example).
Or sometimes there is a theme running through several questions.
Which quiz is it?
