Could someone please interpret the following:  Now at the time appointed, the daughters of men gave birth, with wailing and gnassing of teeth.  And satan watched.  The children of satan grew and were strong, their hair was of gold, their eyes sky blue... and they ruled the earth.

It sounds like the Book of Samuel

...Samuel L Jackson that is.

...or possibly a revised edition of "The Midwich Cuckoos"

NatalieCrouc, why don't you stick with the gospels, have a go at John chapter 4, and if it strikes a chord, forget about teeth-gnashing and golden hair. It's about as useful as wondering why God got Joshua to make such a mess of Jericho or hypothesising whether or not Jonah was swallowed by a whale (probably not, more likely a brilliant centuries-old foundation for Christ's epic prophesy about himself - and does it matter anyway? No).

From reading several of these Bible questions I see Nat writes these questions for reasons only known to her...Anyway  for anyone that might want to know I believe that reference is a version of Genesis chapter 6...the reasoning of the flood, but there are versions that state " the sons of gods"  rather the the children of satan. As far as an interpretation, there are probably as many as there are theologians. I could be extremely wrong on this...so is worth just about nothing
yeah as has already been said its in genesis, and its possibly to do with angels as in bene el elohim (sons of god) there are myths regarding hos the offspring of the angels and women are the nephillim (giants) and are the cause of the flood and these are how magic arrived on earth or something look up teh nephillim
