Attila the Hun?
no i don't think he ever visited Britain, well, not on a work permit anyway.
You will probably have to read Tacitus, Histories, book 1.
Caratacus/Caractacus poss?
My vote is for Caratacus too...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caratacus
who did Caratacus tease, exactly?
The emperor Claudius, the Roman governor of Britain, Aulus Plautius, his successor, Publius Ostorius Scapula, and, I've no doubt, a large number of Roman legionaires who would be 'somewhat displeased' at having to yomp all over England trying to catch him.
that's defining "tease" rather widely, isn't it? To mean "elude"? Could be correct, though.
Well, Jno, just check out these synonyms for 'tease'...

.

The answer is a bandit and you have given three Emperors.

The teasing was which ever fella said of the Pax Romana- you create a desert and call it peace

which is Caractercus - but I thought he was a Scot.

Galba does have a claim to fame - one of the ones in the year of the three emperors AD 69 - the others being Otho and Vespasian- and didnt like women. [ and also had gout ]
it was Calgacus who (allegedly) said that, Peter. A Caledonian indeed.
