Hi cannot seem to get my Beats by Dr Dre wireless headset to connect with my Acer Aspire on W8.0 am going round the houses. Even when i attach them via the USB, they are not recognized. Sharing is turned on, just not sure what to do now. What a waste if I can't use them with the laptop. Anyone else come across this? Or can you advise

have you paired the headset with your bluetooth on acer.is bluetooth on acer enabled?i would suggest your acer bluetooth is not turned on

Yes all the Bluetooth settings are turned to 'on' could it be a driver issue?
