A relative has chosen primus saver for her broadband. How do we setup her email acct. have tried primus website and cannot find anything

They're actually the same company as Planet Talk but most people probably won't know that, so they'd never think of looking on the Planet Talk website to find out how to set up a Primus email account. However that's where the information is actually hidden away!

You need an email client - that's a program to get your email. If you don't have one, download Microsoft Live Mail from the Microsoft site. Once it's installed, the first time you run Live Mail it will prompt you to set up an email account. Type in your email address and password and it will do the rest for you.

(The 'automatic setup' feature, built into some email clients, only works with a fairly small number of email services). In the now somewhat unlikely event that the questioner's relative actually wants to use a mail client, the relevant details are as follows:
Incoming server: pop3.primusbroadband.co.uk ; Incoming Port: 110
Outgoing Server: smtp.primusbroadband.co.uk ; Outgoing Port: 25
