Megan, you must realize that you're going to get some silly answers, and hopefully some good ones. I'll start off with silly.
Megan: "William, how on earth did you get that last name?"
William: "Well, Megan, it's really a bit of a bastardization of my real surname. You see I was jolly good at playing conkers at school, and I became known as William The Conkerer."
"Are you happy with your washing machine?"

Did you really say " Here's one in the eye for Harold?"
Excellent, Sqad:)
Q) Mr. Conqueror - what were you called before you conquered?
A) Norman
Is it William or Will-i-am?
And Baldric.
So, Will, what do you think of people who keep asking the same question?
William, can I add you as a friend on Facebook?
Is this double posted ?

Is your favourite song - hang down your head King Harold ?
are you any relation to Norman Wisdom ?
If you knew your son Rufus was such a dead loss why did you name him your successor ?
Did Prince Harry help you in the Harrying of the North ?
Did you learn English at language school or on tel ?

Did you meet your wife Matilda at a dance, a waltz maybe?
Your sister Adela of Blois- did DIana Rigg play her in the Mrs Bradley Mysteries ?

If you are going to ask AB'ers to do your homework for you, this is going to be the reaction.

Much better to think for yourself, rather than give people on here a chance to exercise their sledgehammer wit at your expense.
Andy, I'll have you know that I used a clock makers 5oz ball pein hammer. I don't even own a sledge hammer.
Like that Peter? Then you'd love:

Who was the first recorded fatality during the battle?

William's fool... (Court Jester) giving rise, I suppose to the saying "I don't suffer fools gladly"...
ooops... wrong thread... excuez moi...
Give me is a demand, not a question. If you look at Megan's first post on the same subject, she asks, "Does anyone have any questions.................". The response to the request has, mainly, been sensible answers. The answers to the demand has been quite the opposite.
what do you think of children who go online and ask other people to do their homework for them?
