Lisdoonvarna?
Rose of Tralee
She was lovely and fair as the rose of the summer
Yet, 'twas not her beauty alone that won me
Oh no! 'Twas the the truth in her eye ever beaming
That made me love Mary, the Rose of Tralee.

Lisdoonvarna holds an international matchmaking festival this month, and is a famous song by Christy Moore.

But the Rose of Tralee festival this month (in Tralee, obviously) actually got its name from the famous song of the same name. Reckon that's the one you want.

Everybody needs a break,
Climb a mountain or jump in a lake.
Sean Doherty goes to the Rose of Tralee,
Oliver J. Flanagan goes swimming in the Holy Sea.
But I like the music and the open air,
So every Summer I go to Clare.
Coz Woodstock, Knock nor the Feast of Cana,
Can hold a match to Lisdoonvarna.

The Match Festival is in September.  Brendan Shine also did a song that included Lisdoonvarna, but oit was called Catch Me If You Can:

And I'm off to Lisdoonvarna at the end of the year
I'm off for the bit of crack, the women and the beer
I'm awful shifty, for a man of fifty
Catch me if you can, me name is Dan, Sure I'm your man

However, Tralee in Co. Kerry is your answer
