Green Flag

I have seen two different cars flying a mostly green flag with a black and white striped pattern and another stripe (I think that's pale blue)
Anyone have any idea about this flag?

I already tried to make a google search but I came up with nothing
The stripes are near the pole and are vertical but the majority of the flag is green
