Kazuo Sakamaki , was the only one of the crews of the Midget Subs , which attacked the american fleet at pearl harbour , to have survived .

He was reviled by the Japanese rulers at the time for not attaining an honourable death

How is he remembered now by the Japanese - has he been forgiven ?

Also the Japanese emperor considered himself to be destined to rule the world .
How would that have fitted in with the same ambitions of one Herr Hitler .
Would they have taken it in turns - say one Mon -Wed and the other Thur - Sun ?

I've been there - it doesn't answer my questions .

Besides if everyone just googled questions , there would be no need for this site .
It is always interesting on a site like this to share and find out something , that you didn't know that you didn't know
Bazile...I have often wondered how the countries that lost the Second World War think these days. They were all wrong in their original intentions of course.....there is no room for any doubt whatsoever here.

Look at the actions of Japan in Manchuria in the lead-up to joining with Germany....absolutely appalling.

And their treatment of allied POW's.

They should hang their heads in total shame.
